- Athletes accepting invitations to participate in IMD Development Projects, U14 Regional Championships and U16 Regional Championships are required to make payment in-full through the online registration system by the deadline.
- Should an athlete withdraw from IMD hosted project, a minimum of fourteen days notice is required to be eligible to receive a refund.
- Athletes withdrawing 7 days prior to an event will be eligible for a 50% refund. The division may grant a full refund if an alternate is able to attend.
- Payments not received by the deadline will be assessed a $50 penalty.
