Competition Official

Competition Official certification is one of the prerequisites for certification in the following specialty areas:
Chief of Course
Chief of Race
Jury Advisor – Start and Finish Referee
Race Administration
Referee
Timing & Calculations
Technical Delegate

Completion of this course, together with current U.S. Ski & Snowboard Alpine Coach/Official
or Official membership, is required in order to be certified as a Competition Official (CO).
