McCall looking for race volunteers

The McCall Winter Sports Club is looking for volunteer help at the North Series event Feb. 24-25. Parents traveling to McCall who are willing to do course work or gate keep on one of the days can contact Katie Morgan at mccallwintersportsclub@gmail.com.

Volunteers can also sign up online at: http://signup.com/go/tBSwgDe

The lack of snow across most of IMD has made this a challenging season and we are winning the battle because of the volunteer and ski resort corporate help we have received to date.

Join the party.

Brundage has. In addition to a lift ticket for their day of service, each volunteer will receive one additional voucher per day of service good for an adult lift ticket during the 2017/18 season. Thank you, Brundage.

McCall picks up Bogus North Series slalom

Bogus Basin cannot host their North Series slalom. McCall has agreed to host the event. Bogus Basin will take extra crew to help McCall with the last minute change.

A race announcement will be out shortly.

Snowbasin SGs schedule released

Snowbasin announced this afternoon that the U16 IMC SGs Feb 9-11 are a go.

Kristian Guay and Gordon Perry did a final inspection of the hill this afternoon and then Gordon met with the mountain operations team at Snowbasin to make the final decision.

A tentative schedule of events will go out tomorrow. The goal will be to get on and off the hill as early as possible each day, said Perry.

“I can’t thank Snowbasin Resort enough for all of their hard work in moving some snow around and working the hill to make this event possible,” said Perry. “Thank you all for your patience with this.”

Here is the tentative schedule for the event: Tentative Schedule IMC U16 SG snowbasin
